With a passion for food ignited by his food-obsessed parents and a formal education from Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland, Kaviraj’s career is marked by creativity and excellence.
Returning to India, Kaviraj honed his skills with the prestigious Leela Group of Hotels. In 2010, he launched CoolChef Café, showcasing his flair for unique culinary creations. His role at Fortune Gourmet Specialities in 2013 highlighted the need for premium processed meats, leading to the establishment of Kaavo Meat.
