Chef Kaviraj Thadani is a distinguished culinary expert known for an inventive approach to Korean cuisine. His training at Les Roches International School of Hotel Management in Switzerland and years with respected hotel kitchens shaped a style that balances discipline with creativity.

After returning to India, he continued building a reputation for memorable food and sharp execution, eventually creating Seoulmate as a place for Korean flavors with a modern, elevated point of view.
